A minimum of 4 hours notice is required, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Saturday

There is a $50 fee for any requests needed in less than 4 business hours, canceled requests, or requests that do not pick up

Sunday boat calls must be placed in advance on Saturday before 1:00 pm

All same-day requests must be submitted before 1:00 pm

24 hours notice is required on major holiday weekends

If you submit your request DURING business hours, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 hour

If you submit your request AFTER business hours, you will receive an email confirmation by 10 am the next morning. Please note the earliest your boat can be ready would be 1:00 pm the next day. 

Note - We pull 4 boats per hour and if your requested time slot is full, your boat will be scheduled in the next available time slot

Boats/RVs must be picked up within one hour of the requested time
